RECRUITMENT

As a training provider, 3rg will always give employment preference to security consultants who have attended 3rg courses. We do not use this as a as a course selling tool, however 3rg managers are able to observe the students over a longer period giving them much more information than in an interview. The benefits of employing 3rg students are: quality training assured; personality & integrity checked; a return of commitment back to the students.

We are happy to recruit qualified non-3rg students and have done so on a number of occasions in the past, subject to the relevant criteria and an extensive interview process.

Minimum Standard:

·         Close Protection (SIA Licenced Front Line).

·         First Person on Scene Intermediate.

·         Maritime Security Operative (Level 3 City & Guilds 8269).
