James Rapp CB becomes a managing partner for 3rg
3rg are very happy to announce the appointment of James Rapp as their managing partner. He will undoubtedly be a significant addition to the 3rg team bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from both his service in the Royal Navy and from his work within the business sector.
Profile
In addition to being Managing Partner for 3rg, James has a range of other security and defence related interests. He is Managing Partner for the business intelligence consultancy, Olton Solutions; Events Chairman for Security Networking Events Limited; and a Consultant to Cobham Aviation Services. A former member of the Fleet Air Arm, he retired from the Royal Navy in 2005. His last operational role was to head up the Royal Navy’s Operational Sea Training Organisation; his final appointment was as Director General of Trafalgar 200, the international programme of events to mark the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar.
