First Person on Scene (FPOS)

The First Person on Scene (FPOS) qualification teaches the fundamental aspects of advanced trauma life support and stabilisation of a casualty prior to the arrival of definitive pre-hospital care. This qualification is designed to take candidates medical knowledge and practical skills to the next level and will be essential for personnel working in the demanding areas of the private security sector.

The course is approved by Edexcel and is IHCD managed.
3rg offer the FPOS course at two levels

• Basic (3 Days)
• Intermediate (5 days)

Students will gain a well-respected industry qualification and a good working knowledge of initial clinical assessment, trauma management and treatment of a range of medical emergencies.

HSE First Aid at Work

3rg are also an accredited HSE centre for the delivery of First Aid at Work (FAW) qualifications. The FAW course is run over three days and can be adapted to meet the specific needs and working context of any organisation.
